Our Brand Story
Vendoor was born out of necessity within our parent company, Swires Technologies. While fulfilling orders for our automotive e-commerce subsidiary, Swiftly Autostore, we faced constant, frustrating setbacks due to unreliable delivery partners: late pickups, poor communication, and inconsistent customer handling that threatened our own brand’s trust. We decided to take control.
We built our own internal delivery system to serve Autostore customers more efficiently. In just a few months, we realized that our solution, built for our own high standards, could solve the exact same pain points faced by thousands of small businesses across Lagos.
That’s how Vendoor evolved from an internal tool into a public-facing platform. Today, Vendoor serves as the dependable delivery partner for online vendors and small businesses, ensuring every product reaches its destination swiftly, safely, and with complete transparency.
