At Vendoor, we believe in transparency and keeping things simple. Whether you are a business owner shipping products, a rider on the move, or a customer waiting for a package, we are here to help. Explore our most common questions below to find the information you need.

Tracking is simple and real-time. If the vendor used Vendoor, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp. You can also download the Vendoor Customer App (available on Google Play and the App Store) to see exactly where your rider is on a map.

No, you don’t! While the app offers the best experience for tracking and history, you can also track your order online and communicate with us entirely through our WhatsApp Chatbot. We meet you where you are.

Security is our priority. When your rider arrives, you will be asked for a unique Delivery PIN. The rider cannot mark the order as “Complete” without this PIN. This ensures that the package is handed directly to you or your trusted representative.

It’s easy. Download the Vendoor Customer App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Sign up and start making your deliveries.

Once a rider accepts your request, you can track them in real-time on the app’s map. You can also share a unique tracking link with your customer so they can see the rider’s status, reducing the number of “Where is my order?” calls you have to answer.
